Update, the items were shipped and received in excellent condition. The product is incredible and will purchase from them again! My frustration was real but the seller made amends by sending out the items well in enough time for Halloween! It helped, that the seller noted on another post this is his busiest season, and it has been challenging to get back to everyone. I appreciated his honesty and some I need to keep in mind for next year. Excellent product and I will order earlier next time!

I purchased the item October 14th it was estimated to arrive on the 19th, I messaged the seller on the 20th when I saw that it had not shipped yet and I sent a message to the seller 3 times before I got Etsy involved. The seller never responded, actually there was a response but it was blank, nothing written in the message. I even went as far as going to the WFX website to ask about my purchase there was no response from the website either. Etsy is in the process of giving me a refund. As far as I’m concerned Robbies is a total scam, if I were you I wouldn’t trust the reviews.
